Facility: Large field for archery, a gymnasium with a stage, limited kitchen facilities (the faculty kitchen, similar to a private home: 4-burner stove, double sink, 2 refrigerators). Additional classrooms could have been rented for changing. Small restrooms off the gymnasium. The biggest drawback was the lack of tables and chairs: they only had 75 chairs and 12 tables (supposed to be 8-ft, but were only 6-ft). Additional tables and chairs were rented from Peterson Party Center in Winchester, which provided free pickup and delivery for orders greater than $50.00; rented 8 tables @ $6.00 and 95 chairs @ $0.85 each. There is sheltered area outside under the school where the rattan tourney was run.

Capacity: Hall capacity about 175-200.

Location: Winchester, 1 mile west of Rt. 3 (Cambridge St). [There is a bus line on Rt.3 that runs Saturdays.]

Cost: Gymnasium and kitchen: $100.00 Custodian: $19.50/hour. Rental of extra tables and chairs may be needed.
