Vestry is 5300 sq. ft. hardwood parquet floor, accomodates 18 tables comfortably, has coat racks by window. Stage/Balcony/Other: No stage [but riser platforms available in sanctuary]; balcony in sanctuary Tables/Chairs: 12 8-ft tables, 6 6-ft tables, card tables, about 250 stacking & folding chairs for vestry; sanctuary has 160 movable chairs (be careful of chair connectors) plus more available, chairs must be reset for Sunday service. Kitchen: not large; domestic fridge (very small), butcher block work island, steel counters; not recommended for feasting over 125 people Ovens/Burners/Equipment: 2 large ovens, 10 gas burners, 3 sinks with 2 disposals, 4 rolling carts; okay to use their equipment if washed and replaced Restrooms: one pair next to vestry; additional restroom by choir room through sanctuary Changing Areas: limited to choir room and boiler room [unless additional facilities are reserved] Extra Rooms/Spaces: [may be able to reserve parlor, chapel, basement] Outdoor Areas/Martial Activities: small courtyard, no list space.
