Reserve how far in advance:

Restrictions on Reservations:Before renting, read event report from Spring Crown Tourney XXV. It is very important to know the history of this site. Also, talking to Catrin o'r Rhyd For, Caitlin Davies, and/or Kobayashi Yutaka is advised. This is an excellent site, but there were misunderstandings when it was first rented. A system is now in place to take care of this. After reserving the site (call school, fill out form, send letter to principal) the Head of Buildings and Grounds for all the schools needs to be called. A meeting should be arranged between him and the autocrat to go over all details.
