Facility: An excellent site for this event. The kitchen facilities are very good. Landlords are enthusiastic about hosting our kind of event. It is particularly well suited for a winter event. There is no guarantee that we could use the fields for fighting. There is a separate dining hall and court/dancing hall, as well as ten or so classrooms on the first floor (which is all we rented) that are available for changing, classrooms, nursery, or what have you. There are two gyms and more classrooms on other floors.

Capacity: about 180 in the main dining hall, with room for another 120 out-board

Parking: readily available

Location: Brookline/Chestnut Hill at the intersection of Hammond St. and Woodland Rd., 1/2 mile from Rt. 9; a 12-minute walk from the Chestnut Hill stop on the Riverside Green line.

Cost: a bit high at $700.00 but that included a good bit of staff help
