Costs: Large main hall (basically a gym): $25/hour. Small downstairs area (25x25?) with decent kitchen: $25/hour Pay by Money Order - Commonwealth of Mass The hall and the downstairs are separate charges.

A named insurance form is required, with the name being "Commonwealth of Massachusetts". You can get the insurance form from SCA, Inc., in California for $40.

Guards are needed on the day of the event (1 guard/100 people). There is a limit of 200 people for the site. The cost for the guards are $10/hour/guard. They get paid in cash on the day of the event.

Additional Information: The main hall is a large gym with a wooden floor which has been painted gray. There are athletic markings on the floor delineating various sports courts. The main hall is 80 feet wide by 119 feet long. One narrow end has a stage which is about 4 feet off the floor. The stage is 24 feet wide and quite deep (about 15 feet). Approximately in the middle of the left long side of the hall (if facing the stage), there is an outside entrance which is set in an alcove 10.5 feet wide. This entrance is accessible through stairs, a wheelchair ramp, and a very steep (but wide) cargo ramp. This is where you may unload your car, but you must ensure that the cargo ramp is *not* used during the day, for insurance reasons.
