decorative bar

Site Restrictions:
No alcohol may be sold or consumed on site and no open flames are allowed.

Off Site & Off Board:
There is a large shopping area with a grocery store and several fast-food and better-quality restaurants about 1 mile away from the site. We have plenty of open areas on-site for off-board setup but we can't promise that enough tables will be available.

Dayboard:
As at a town fair, a variety of simple foods (meat pies, bread, cheese, fruit, etc.) will be available during the mid-part of the day for minor sums of money. We're still working on the details, but it will be something like $1 for a skewer of meatballs, or a slice of meat pie, or a large chunk of cheese and bread.

Feast:
The evening's magnificent feast will be in two courses: a Russian course (from the cook's homeland), followed by a Persian course in honor of the new Queen. The menu as currently known is:

If you have dietary restrictions or other questions about the feast, please contact our Kitchener, Master Aleksandr Ruslanovich known as Yevsha, at yevsha@carolingia.org or at 617-288-9762. Volunteers willing to help serve the feast should contact Lady Adele Mallory at adele@carolingia.org or 617-491-2570. The feast is limited to 160 places and costs $10 ($5 for children 12 and under, $30 maximum for families).

Dessert Board:
After the feast and during the subsequent entertainments, there will be an delightful and delectable dessert board (openly available to all who attend the event) prepared by Lady Richenza of the Bridge and providing a suitably sweet ending to the day.
